What are the subscription fees?
Circles offers a basic and premium plan to corporates, these plans have an annual fee that can be paid yearly, half-yearly or quarterly. Both plans have a flat fee for companies with under 5000 staff members.

Why would a company subscribe?
Let us run a free survey in your office to find out how many staff members are willing to share rides and what percentage of staff struggle with their daily commutes.

Do you need employee details?
Circles does not need any employee details, staff members sign up with their company email address and they will automatically be added the company circle.

Does the company circle require an adminstrator?
No! Circles will handle all the admin and report back to you if necessary.

Does the company provide a discount to employees?
We've found that staff members can save upwards of 40% on their daily commutes. If you would like to further help your staff you are able to contribute towards the employees' travel wallets which are used to pay drivers.

How is the cost of a ride determined?
Using AA rates certificates, the current petrol price and the distance travelled the ride cost is calculated at roughly R2 per km for a passenger. This covers the drivers petrol and has a slight contribution to the fixed costs of the vehicle.
The cost per passenger decreases as more passengers join the ride.
